Joyful Beauty is a small, family-run disability support service based in Northern NSW. We’re passionate about creating meaningful, personalised support that actually fits the lives and interests of the people we work with. Whether it’s riding dirt bikes, fishing, 4WD adventures, or just hanging out and learning new life skills, we focus on helping people live full, empowered lives with real experiences, not just routines.

Meet The Team

Ben Grey

Founder

Ben has been teaching in schools since 1998, including six years in Japan. Disability support has been a constant throughout his career, giving him over 25 years of experience helping people learn, grow, and build independence.

Ben develops group programs, trains staff, and creates individualised support plans for people with a wide range of needs. Ben combines a teacher’s patience with practical, hands-on skills, staying calm under pressure and keeping things fun and engaging.

Whether it’s teaching new skills, fixing a bike, or helping someone push their limits safely, he brings the knowledge and reliability that make him the backbone of Joyful Beauty.

Kimi Grey

Founder

Kimi brings adventure, warmth, and a down-to-earth approach to Joyful Beauty. Shes grown up riding dirt bikes, playing rugby, dancing ballet and could surf before she could swim. Kimi carries that same energy into the way she supports others.

She has a natural gift for making people feel comfortable and included, connecting easily with anyone she meets. A strong role model - especially for young women - Kimi shows that being confident and independent can sit alongside care and compassion. Her focus on empowering women, staying genuine, and keeping things positive makes her an essential part of what Joyful Beauty is all about.

Zephyr Sullivan

Founder

Zephyr is only 18 and has already completed his Certificate III in Aged and Disability Support. He’s built up plenty of work experience in real jobs and real situations, giving him practical skills and the ability to stay grounded under pressure. Along the way he’s also built strong connections in the community, which he brings into Joyful Beauty to open up more opportunities for participants.

With a love for dirt bikes, 4WDs, and hands-on projects, Zephyr keeps support fun and engaging while staying focused on real outcomes. His energy, creativity, and network make him a key part of Joyful Beauty’s future.
